Every Friday and Saturday the weekend of  - or before - the Full Moon, Top of the Notch will be BBQing tri-tip and chicken, with some tasty fixings and salad.    BBQ starts at 5pm, THE BEATUNES at 7:00.   Stop in the ticket office to purchase or redeem your ticket, then hop on the lift (it's a great ride) or hike directly from our parking lot up the shortcut to the San Antonio Falls Road ending at the Notch. The hike is about 2.5mi with 1,300ft elevation gain and takes about an hour to an hour and a half.   Hikers commonly arrive between 4:30 and 6:00. Stay warm & safe, be sure to bring a flashlight and a sweatshirt!
